随着生物多样性保护日益受到社会关注, 探讨构建生物多样性媒体关注度指数, 对于科学评估生物多样性保护现状、激发公众参与热情、优化资源配置以及推动全球生物多样性保护目标的实现具有重要意义。本研究利用文本挖掘技术, 系统性地筛选关键词, 并基于2013-2024年3家权威新闻媒体的报道, 构建了首个中国生物多样性媒体关注度指数(China Biodiversity Media Attention Index), 并通过对时间区间的替换及与国际指数的比较, 验证了其稳健性和有效性。研究发现: (1)生物多样性媒体关注度指数与中国生物多样性保护政策和重大事件密切相关, 可以有效反映政府和社会关注度的变化; (2)中国生物多样性媒体关注度发展划分为上升期、巩固期和深化期3个阶段。其中, 上升期以政策筹备和规划为主; 巩固期开始加快政策实施步伐, 政策内容逐步从规划制定转向具体执行; 深化期政策频率显著提高, 涵盖范围更加广泛。中国生物多样性媒体关注度指数可以为政策制定、政府监管、企业风险管理、科学研究和投资决策提供重要参考。
