摘要:

物种多样性是群落重要的特征参数, 是研究生态系统结构、组成和功能的重要指标。监测和评估森林群落物种多样性变化对于自然资源管理和保护地保护成效评估等至关重要, 并可为科学研究、政策制定和生态保护提供重要依据。钱江源-百山祖国家公园候选区地处我国生物多样性优先保护区, 完好保存了大面积、集中分布的中亚热带低海拔常绿阔叶林的老龄林, 具有典型性、原真性和国家代表性。浙江钱江源森林生物多样性国家野外科学观测研究站(以下简称“钱江源站”)按照ForestGEO标准建设规范于2004-2005年在钱江源-百山祖国家公园候选区钱江源园区古田山片区(原古田山国家级自然保护区)内建设了一个24 ha的大型森林动态监测样地, 为亚热带常绿阔叶林群落物种多样性长期动态监测提供了理想的平台。依托钱江源站, 分别于2005年、2010年、2015年和2020年对古田山24 ha亚热带常绿阔叶林动态监测样地(古田山样地)开展了4次调查, 通过对所有胸径 ≥ 1 cm的独立生长木本植物个体的物种名、胸径等原始调查数据进行质量控制和统计分析, 提供了古田山样地20 m × 20 m尺度的群落α多样性(物种丰富度、Shannon-Wiener多样性指数及Pielou均匀度指数)和β多样性(Jaccard指数)等数据, 为深入探究古田山亚热带森林群落生物多样性、群落结构与功能等提供了基础数据, 并可为该区域的生物多样性保护成效评估、国家公园适应性管理等提供数据支撑。

Abstract

Species diversity is an important indicator of community structure, composition and function of forests. Evaluating and monitoring changes in species diversity of forest communities are crucial for natural resource management and conservation effectiveness, providing important support for scientific research, policy-making, and ecological conservation. The Qianjiangyuan-Baishanzu National Park candidate area is located within a priority area for biodiversity conservation in China, preserving contiguous large-area mid-subtropical low-altitude evergreen broad-leaved old-growth forests that exemplify typical, integrity, and nationally representative characteristics. The Zhejiang Qianjiangyuan Forest Biodiversity National Observation and Research Station (hereinafter referred to as “Qianjiangyuan Station”) established a 24-ha forest dynamics plot within the Gutianshan area (formerly the Gutianshan National Nature Reserve) of the Qianjiangyuan section, which is part of the Qianjiangyuan-Baishanzu National Park candidate area following ForestGEO protocols during 2004-2005. The plot provides an ideal platform for long-term monitoring of species diversity in subtropical evergreen broad-leaved forest communities. This study is based on four censuses organized by the Qianjiangyuan Station in 2005, 2010, 2015, and 2020 on the 24-ha subtropical evergreen broad-leaved forest dynamics plot in Gutianshan. We conducted data quality control assessments and statistical analyses of census data for all stems with diameters at breast height (DBH) ≥ 1 cm of woody species. The study provides species diversity data for 600 quadrats of 20 m × 20 m scale. It calculates community α diversity indices (species richness, Shannon-Wiener diversity index, and Pielou evenness index) and β diversity (Jaccard index) were calculated for each quadrat. These data offer a foundational basis for in-depth research into biodiversity, community structure, and functions in the subtropical forest communities of Gutianshan. Furthermore, these data support evaluations of biodiversity conservation effectiveness and adaptive management strategies in this national park.
