Abstract

Abstract: 16S rDNA from mycoplasma and phytoplasma was amplified by PCR , and a band was detected at about 1 kb. DNA products were digested with restriction enzymes EcoR Ⅰ, Hind Ⅲ, Bam H Ⅰ, Sal Ⅰ and Sma Ⅰ, and then were analyzed using RFLP. Similarity coefficient derived from RFL P analysis of mycoplasma and phytoplasma is 0. 72
