摘要:

用随机扩增多态DNA(RAPD)技术对武汉的汉口(CP-1)、汉阳(CP-2)和武昌(CP-3)三个地区缘毛类的螅状独缩虫(Cachesium polypinum)进行了遗传多样性分析。结果表明:这种动物存在广泛的变异,三个地域群体之间的遗传相似度为 0.6522~0.7385(平均值为 0.6921),各群体之间遗传相似度大小依次为:CP- 2—CP-3>CP-1—CP-2>CP-1—CP-3。本文对这些变异与环境的关系和以RAPD技术研究缘毛类等动物遗传多样性的意义作了分析与讨论。

AbstractThree regional populations (Hankou :CP-1 ,Hanyang :CP-2 ,Wuchang :CP-3) of Cachesium polypinum in Wuhan were analysed using randomly amplified polymorphic DNA ( RAPD) technique. Based on RAPD data , the pairwise genetic similarity of the three populations were 0.6921 on average , ranging from 0.6522 to 0.7385. The genetic similarity (S) between CP-2 and CP-3 was the greatest ,and S between CP-1 and CP-3 was the least . The relationship between variations and environment , and the significance of RAPD analysis of genetic diversity of Cachesium polypinum were discussed.
