studies on reproductive biology or Taihangia rupesⅡ Investigation and study of sexual and asexual reproduction

Through investigations of original growing area,tests of introduction variety,cutting tests and seed germination,the reproduction of T.rupestris and expanding patterns of the species group were studied.Results showed that there were two ways of reproduction in T.rupestris.One way was sexual reproduction.The other way was asexual reproduction.Due to bad habit condition in the original growing area the sexual reproductive abilityof T.rupestris became very weak and expanding of the species group mainly depended upon the asexual reproduction.Under artificial cultivation in BeiJing both ways of the sexual and asexual reproductions of T.rupestris were normal.
