Abstract: From crude glucosides of the root of Cynanchum wallichii Weight (chinese name: Duanjieshan), a folk antirheumarthritic and analgetic drug in Yunnan, by treatment with acid five C21-steroidal compounds have been isolated and identified as deacylmetaplexigenin(Ⅰ), caudatin (Ⅲ), rostratamine(Ⅴ), gagamine(Ⅶ) and qingyanshengenin (Ⅸ) respectively. Ⅸ　was isolated from C. otophyllum Shneid, an another folk medicine in Yunnan, and its structure has been elucidated by Mu Quanzhang.

摘要： 昆明杯冠藤（Cyynanchum wallichii Weight）为云南成药“虎力散”主药之一。我们将植物根的粗甙以酸水解，从甙元部份分离到5个C2l孕甾烷衍生物。它们分别是去酰基萝摩甙元（decymetaplexigenin I），告达庭（caudatin II），喙牛弥莱明(rostratamine V），加加明（gagamine VII）和青洋参甙元（qingyanshengenin IX）。其中，K为本所本全章从同属植物青洋参（C．Otophyllum Schncid）中首先分到，并由其证明结构。
