Abstract: In this paper, the airborne spores and pollen grains during 1987-1989 in Kunming are reported. The samples were collected from higher (24 and 14.7 m) and lower (2 m) above sea levels. The peaks of spores and pollen grains occur in Spring (1-4 monthes) and Autumn (9-11 monthes) in this city. The relationships among the quantity of airborne pollen and cli-mate and the pollen quantity from higher and lower levels are discussed. Some good results have been obtained for treatment of allergenic diseases by using the fluid extracts of pollen grains.

摘要： 本文报道昆明市区1987—1989年间大气中孢粉的飘散特征。孢粉样品选自不同的地点和高度，高处为24m和14.7m，低处为2m的高度。一年中该市出现两次明显的高峰，一次为春季(l—4月份)，另一次为秋季(9—11月份)。文中讨论气候因子、不同高度与气传孢粉含量的关系。采用致敏花粉变应原浸液对花粉症患者进行临床诊断和治疗，取得良好的效果。
