摘要: 从红木荷(Schima wallichii(DC)Korthals)树皮中分离出 4个化学成分,经光谱解析和化学降解,分别被鉴定α-菠甾醇(A),α-菠甾醇葡萄糖甙,表儿茶素和一新的三萜皂甙22-O-当归酰酯 A1-barrigenol-3-O-[α-L-鼠李吡喃糖基(1→2]-[β-D-葡萄吡喃糖基(1→2)-β-D-半乳吡喃糖基(1→4)]-β-D-葡萄糖醛酸甙。

Abstract: Four compounds were isolated and elucidated from the bark of Schima wallichii (DC) Korthals. On the basis of spectroscopic and chemical evidences, the structures of four com-pounds were established as 2-spinasterol (A), a spinasterol glycoside (B), epicatechin (C) and a new tritepenoid saponin (D). The structure of D evidences as 2-O-angelic acid ester-A1-barrigenol-3-O [α-L-rhamnopyransyl (l→ 2)] [β-D-glucopyranosyl (→ 2)-β-D-galacto-pyranosyl (l→4)]-β-D- glucuronopyranoside.
