厚囊蕨类植物VA菌根的初步研究

摘要: 对10种厚囊蕨类植物的VA菌根状况以及这些植物根际土壤中的VA菌根真菌进行了研究,结果发现10种植物的根部全部感染有VA菌根。从这10种植物的根际土壤中分离鉴定了分属于3个属的9种VA菌根真菌其中,球囊霉属和无梗囊霉属真菌是这些植物根际土壤中的优势类群。VA菌根对厚囊蕨类植物的进化可能具有重要的意义。

Abstract: This paper studied the VA mycorrhiza of 10 Eusporangiate plants associated with the VA mycorrhiza fungi in their rhizospheres. It was found that 10 Eusporangiate plants were all mycorrhized with VA mycorrhizal fungi,and 9 species of VA mycorrhizal fungi were isolated from the rhizosphere soil of the 10 Eusporangiate plants. Among them, Glomus and Acaulospora were the dominant fungi. VA mycorrhiza may play an important role in the evolution of Eusporangiate plants.
