摘要: 从唇形科瘿花香茶菜(Rabdosia rosthornii)叶的乙醚抽出物中分出2个新的微量成分、瘿花两素和丁素。基于详细的光谱分析,包括应用二维核磁共振数据,瘿花丙素和丁素的化学结构分别确定为对映-11α-乙酰氧基-7β,13β,19-三羟基贝壳杉-16-烯-15-酮(1)和对映-11α一乙酰氧基-7β,12β,14α-三羟基贝壳村-16-烯-15-酮(2)。

Abstract: Two new ent-kaurenoids, rosthornin C and D, with rosthornin A and B, have been iso- lated from the ethereal extract of the leaves of Rabdosia rosthornii. The chemical structures of the two minor constituents have been established as entu-11α-acetoxy 7β,13β, l9-trihydroxykaur-16-en - l5- one (1 ) and ent- llα-acetoxy-7β, 12β, l4α-trihydroxykaur- 16-en- 15-one (2). respectively, on the basis of detailed spectroscopic analysis, including 2D NMR data.
