Chemical Constituents of the Essential Oil on Amomum tsao-ko from Yunnan Province

摘要: 研究了滇产16个草果(Amomum tsao—ko)样品,测定了干果及茎叶的精油含量。干果的精油含量在1.56%~1.74%之间,茎叶的精油含量为0.085%~0.11%。从它们的精油中鉴定了近80种化学成分,主要是1,8-桉油素、柠檬醛、香叶醇、反-2-十一烯醛、2-癸烯醛、β-蒎烯等。

Abstract: In this paper, 16 samples of Amomum tsao-ko Crevost et Lemairs from Yunnan Pronvince were studied. The essential oil yield of dried fruit, leaf and stem were determined. The essential oil yield of the dry fruit, leaf and stem are about 1.56%- 1.74%, and 0.085%- 0.11 %, respectively. 80 kinds of chemical constituents were identified from their essential oil, among them, 1,8-cineo1, 2-decenal, β-pinene, citral, geraniol, trans-2-undecenal are main constituents.
