摘要/Abstract

摘要： 从滇南产的圆滑番荔枝(Annona glabra Linn.)的种子中得到4个番荔枝内酯，4－desoxycherimolin－2(l)，cherimolin－2(2)，annonin I(3)和desacetyluvaricin(4)。其中1为新化合物。

Abstract: Four antitumor annonaceous acetogenins were isolated from seed of Annona glabra Linn, by column chromatography on silica gel. Three of them were identified as cherimolin-2(2), annonin 1(3) and desacetyluvaricin (4) by comparison with literature. One of them is new, with structure elucidated as 4-desoxycherimolin-2(l) by spectroscopic methods.
