摘要: 长期以来人们一直对嗜热菌注以极大兴趣,对嗜热菌的研究无论在理论上或在商业应用上都有极大意义。本文在大量有关嗜热细菌的最新文献的基础上,讨论了嗜热真细菌和嗜热古细菌的主要特性及其差别,并对嗜热细菌的多样性,生态学和进化进行了概括论述。

AbstractThermophiles have been of interest for a long time both to scientists and to the general public, and are believed tohave a great potential in biotechtiology and some products are already on the markets. For present the current sta-tus of research, here we collect a great deal of new information on the thermophilic (eu)bacteria, discuss the mainproperties and differences of thermophilic bacteria and archaea, The diveristy, ecology, and evolution of ther-mophiles are also briefly reviewed.
